Dr. Sinan Razzak, DDS

Dr. Sinan Razzak is the Founder and Managing Dentist at Image Dental. He has extensive experience with children and is trained in the latest cosmetic and general dentistry techniques. Dr. Razzak has helped hundreds of patients achieve the smile of their dreams. At our practice, Dr. Razzak and our team are pleased to offer an extensive range of safe, aesthetic, completely natural-looking solutions to discolored, misshapen or missing teeth. We take great care in creating a smile that will suit you and will last a lifetime!

Fun Facts!

In his spare time Dr. Razzak loves traveling and spending time with his wife and two children.
Dr. Razzak is involved with many charity organizations that help sick children.
Dr. Razzak has a Havanese dog.
He loves listening to Beethoven in his downtime.

Dr. Nader Amiran

Dr. Nader Amiran earned his Master’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Roosevelt University and graduated from UIC College of Dentistry. He practices general dentistry, including root canals, filling, crowns, surgical extractions, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Amiran has created many beautiful smiles and finds great joy in cosmetic dentistry. He has a great interest in dental implants and surgical procedures. He is attending a dental implant CE program to enhance his knowledge and skills in dental implants and apply it to his practice. He is gentle and goes the extra mile to make sure his patients are happy, and everything is perfect.

In his spare time, Dr. Amiran plays piano, spend time with his family and friends. He loves walking and jogging by the lake while enjoy watching magnificent city views of Chicago.

Dr. Zainab Hasan

We recently welcomed a new dentist, Dr. Hasan. She enjoys cooking, arts and sports. Dr. Hasan received her bachelor's from UIC College of Dentistry and also graduated from Baghdad University.

Dr. Armitoj Mehta

Dr. Amitoj Singh Mehta feels blessed and loves being an orthodontist. His passion to strive and provide best orthodontic treatment for his patients motivates him to do what he does whole-heartedly. His motto is to develop one-on-one relationship with his patients, creating partnerships that work together to meet the orthodontic goals. He believes in tailoring the treatment according to the patient’s needs and expectations that varies from using clear brackets to conventional brackets, Damon braces and Invisalign treatment.

Dr. Mehta completed his dental education in India, he attended University of Illinois at Chicago for obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He then completed his orthodontic residency program at UIC obtaining his specialty license in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. Dr. Mehta is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, Illinois Society of Orthodontics and American Dental Association.

Dr. Mehta enjoys spending his leisure time with his family and friends. He also enjoys travelling, playing cricket and watching basketball. Occasionally he likes to try his hand on culinary experiences. He also strongly believes in giving back to the society, he has participated in the Mission of Mercy program.

Dr. Ayman Zaki

Dr. Bana Zayyad

Dr. Bana Zayyad enjoys delivering quality dental care to her patients with empathy and compassion. She started her journey at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she completed a degree in Civil Engineering with a secondary in Biomedical Engineering. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University’s College of Dentistry.

During her final year at the College, she was selected for the Aesthetics track. Following the completion of her dental degree, Dr. Zayyad was inducted into the National Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, which recognizes dentists for excellence in knowledge, ethics and service.

Dr. Zayyad is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry and the Chicago Dental Society. She continuously seeks the newest methods and techniques in dentistry and aspires to deliver the gold standard of dental care as the field advances. In her free time, Dr. Zayyad spends time with family and friends, trains at the gym, and spends time outdoors
